Communities are built upon the foundation of neighborhoods. This is a 12 unit mixed income property that offers housing opportunities for households earning up to 80 percent or less of the area’s median income. Cora M. Allen Townhomes include 8 two-bedroom units and 4 three-bedroom units. The goal of this program is to offer safe and secure housing for low-income households. This program is primarily funded by City of Shreveport–HOME funds and BancorpSouth.

A rental property application is required from all applicants. Community Support Programs is happy to help applicants fill out the application and answer questions if needed. Stop by our office at 3003 Knight Street, Ste 115 if you need assistance.
