This housing program provides permanent, community-based housing for 16 chronically homeless individuals who may have other conditions. Our priority is to make sure these participants can foster independent living skills. Through this program, we are able to provide secure and safe housing for our clients. LHFA-HOME, City of Shreveport-HOME, HUD-SHP, and BancorpSouth help fund this essential program.
The Crossroads II staff enhance social support and resources for each client. Each client receives personalized recommendations for vocational and employment programs as well as mental health/substance abuse treatment so that they can find their place within our community.
Policy: It is the policy of Community Support Programs, Inc.(CSP) to ensure equal access for all individuals including transgender individuals and other individuals who do not identify with the sex they were assigned at birth with access to programs, benefits, services and accommodations in accordance with their gender identity.
